Do you feel tired in the afternoon? If you can sleep at work, I mean taking naps, power naps will help you to enjoy the benefits of naps. After a quick nap you'll feel energized, refreshed and ready to continue your daily activities.
Power naps also called "cat nap" are short naps that will end before the occurence of deep sleep.
A good night's sleep is essential. In the morning you are generally fit and ready for your daily routine. Later, usually between 1 and 4 pm, you'll feel mentally and physically tired and that's normal.
TO BE ALERT DURING THE SECOND HALF OF THE DAY YOU SHOULD HAVE A NAP!

- The mom at home who gives herself entirely to her family
- The CEO of a large company
- The student
- The worker who performs demanding tasks
- And so on...
Its duration should be between 15 and 30 minutes...if your nap is too long and if you sleep deeply you'll wake up more tired than before!!

Just close your eyes (you can also listen to relaxing music) and take deep breaths........you can do that anywhere and anytime during the day!
The nap is an effective way to reduce sleep debt. The other benefits are also too important to be ignored. Take a nap or a few short breaks during the day, you will only feel better!
